About Jarvis Cooper
Jarvis Cooper is dedicated to assisting and inspiring dynamic diverse organizations to deliver leadership teams that are agile and ready to lead. Since 1998, Jarvis has served as President of Envision Organizational Consulting (Envision) located in Columbus, Indiana. Envision Organizational Consulting works with leaders at all levels from the C-suite to front-line supervisors. Jarvis focuses on building coaching skills, emotional intelligence and self-awareness in all leaders. He is also a team-building expert including interpersonal skill development, general leadership skills, and the creation of inclusive work environments while centering on the impact of unconscious bias. Strategic planning and execution round out what Jarvis brings to the table.
Jarvis teaches a coaching process that focuses on improving results and customer outcomes with facts, metrics, rapid feedback, and support. Jarvis knows the classroom alone isn’t always enough and supports senior leaders with performance coaching skill-building. He has developed over 300 leaders on interpersonal skills, conflict management, and creating an inclusive workforce. Jarvis has worked directly with the Michelin Commercial Sales Force leadership to build daily performance coaching capability as a strategic competitive advantage. At BMW, as a trusted senior leadership advisor, Jarvis developed leaders on how to connect the dots between strategy formulation and strategy execution.
